01Data on your device

Offline Watch Games stores game progress, high scores, language, background music, sound effects and haptic preferences, and installation-guide and rating-prompt status on your device. These let you continue playing and retain your choices. They are not uploaded to our servers. We do not currently provide our own cloud saves or progress sync between iPhone and Apple Watch.

02Device features

Gravity Maze uses device tilt and acceleration to control the ball. Motion readings are processed during play, not saved or uploaded. Installation guidance checks whether a watch is paired and whether its app is installed. Background music and sound effects only play audio; the app does not record audio or access your location, contacts, photo library or health records.

03Email support

For help or privacy questions, contact the email address below. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this to respond, troubleshoot and handle requests, keeping it only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive information.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

04Your choices and rights

You can manage preferences through the app and system settings. Deleting the app removes its data from that device; system backups and Apple's purchase records must be managed through the relevant service. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Where applicable law provides, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, portability where applicable, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. We will verify and handle requests as required by law without asking for unrelated identity information. Minors should use and purchase with a guardian's guidance. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been processed without required consent.

05Updates and contact

This policy applies to Offline Watch Games. We take reasonable steps to protect information. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and notify you or seek consent where required. Independent providers such as Apple may process information in different countries or regions; refer to their policies.
