01Data on your device

Arcade stores game progress, high scores, language, sound and haptic preferences, and installation-guide and rating-prompt status on your device. These let you continue playing and retain your choices. They are not uploaded to our servers. We do not currently provide our own cloud saves or progress sync between iPhone and Apple Watch.

02Leaderboards

When leaderboards are available and you choose to connect to Game Center, the app uses player identifiers, nicknames, avatars where supported, scores and ranks. Submitted scores, nicknames and avatars may be visible to other players. Pending scores and player identifiers may be saved locally for upload retries. You can play without connecting to leaderboards. Apple's processing is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

03Device features

Gravity Maze uses device tilt and acceleration to control the ball. Motion readings are processed during play, not saved or uploaded. Installation guidance checks whether a watch is paired and whether its app is installed. Sound effects only play audio; the app does not record audio or access your location, contacts, photo library or health records.

04Support and website visits

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this to respond, troubleshoot and handle requests, keeping it only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive information.

When you visit these pages, the hosting service may process IP addresses, browser information and access times to deliver and secure the website. These pages contain no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

05Your choices and rights

You can manage preferences and Game Center through the app and system settings. Deleting the app removes its data from that device; system backups and Apple's purchase or leaderboard records must be managed through the relevant service. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Where applicable law provides, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, portability where applicable, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. We will verify and handle requests as required by law without asking for unrelated identity information. Minors should use and purchase with a guardian's guidance. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been processed without required consent.

06Updates and contact

This policy applies to Arcade and these legal pages. We take reasonable steps to protect information. If our practices materially change, we will update this page and notify you or seek consent where required. Independent providers such as Apple may process information in different countries or regions; refer to their policies.
